This week we were joined by our Benedictine friends from Fleury Abbey in France. Pre-Prep and Junior boys performed some lively French songs to welcome them.
With a busy schedule up to the end and some amazing weather, what a fantastic last few days they were!
On Wednesday the boys enjoyed the eagerly anticipated Tutor Group Football. See some photos here.
This week, four boys in Year 6 have taken part in a quiz called 'Rings a Bell' on BBC Radio Solent, describing objects and places.
Boys have been working hard on their design and sewing skills in two of our commoner activities.
Last Monday evening saw the great return of the Sixes and Sevens concert. One boy defined ‘to be at sixes and sevens’ as a total shambles, the concert itself proved to be the opposite.
The Qs have had a busy but wonderful end of term. Last Thursday saw them sing their final Evensong of the year in the Winchester College Chapel as part of its full Chapel Choir.
Parents of Y4 and Pre-Prep were transported back to biblical times with the performances of 'Rock the Boat', which is a tale of Noah's journey on the Ark.
Year 6 and 7 boys enjoyed time on the water at Sandbanks Watersports Academy this week.
This week was Year 3’s final Forest School session. It has been wonderful watching the boys grow in confidence, independence and resilience over the last few years.
Friday 30 June saw the Private View of the hotly-anticipated Art and D&T Exhibition in and around the school. The Octagon and Art Studio had been shrouded in mystery for much of the week, while Mr Walters and Mr Armstrong worked their magic and set up the work of their departments throughout the year for everyone to see.
