Jago, Tyler, Elliot, Kimi, Marek and Alexander enjoyed getting to know Bishop David better and his entertaining and thought-provoking conversations were stimulating and engaging. The boys were able to consider who Jesus is, what he taught, and how to follow his example in their daily lives. David encouraged the boys to seek Wisdom over Knowledge, which is good guidance for us all. 

The sessions were organised by Mrs Pacey, who also enjoyed them very much. (She also persuaded Mrs Birks to supply yummy snacks - 'How many can I have?' was the mantra at the break time!) Next year will bring a new chapter to the routine of Lent Term confirmations as we say goodbye to Bishop David who leaves us for Cornwall in a few weeks. We have been very blessed by the generous gift of his time these past few years.
