Summer Fête, Silent Auction and Festival of Cricket – Saturday 24 June
After several years (due to COVID) we finally have the return of the Summer Fête, Silent Auction and newly added Festival of Cricket.
The Fête is held in the Dean’s Garden from 9.30 -12.00, and we will have lots to do throughout the morning.
The stalls will include: Plant and Home Produce Stall, Poo in the Loo, Sack and Ladder throwing, Splat the Rat, Shot Gun Cartridge draw, Treasurer island, Nerf Gun target range, Pick and Mix and Soft drink stand, Tombola Stall, Human Fruit Machine, Book stall, Face painting, PPA popcorn machine, Beat the Goalie, Breakfast BBQ, Bottle Tombola, PPA merchandise/token stand, Comic Store, Pre-loved Clothes, Lucky dip, Duck Racing, Sponge Throwing, Coconut Stand, Cricket Bowling
Over the next week I would really appreciate it if you could look out for the following:
Home Produce and plant Stall – this could be eggs, jams, marmalade, rhubarb, vegetables, small plants, cakes (labelled with ingredients). (Please let me know what you can provide on georgeburnand@icloud.com) and bring on the day.
Book Stall – the boys love to read, so please bring in any books that you think others might like to read. (These can be dropped off in the plastic buckets in the Yard.)
Tombola – this is board games, puzzles, electronic items, remote control cars, cuddly toys. (Items can be dropped off in the plastic buckets in the Yard.)
Pre-Loved – This is a new stall for clothes, that are still in good condition, but you are happy to give away.
We look forward to seeing you there.
