Congratulations to George Si, Harry K, John G and Henry B, who went to the Nina Gold Casting Agency offices in London on Wednesday for their recall auditions for a BBC production of Lord of the Flies, shooting next year.
We were treated to a wonderful chorister instrumental concert on Tuesday evening.
The regular instrumental concerts are highlights of the Quirister musical journey. This one was particularly welcome as the previous one had been in Spring term, so seemed a long time ago.
Amicabilis Concordia is a joint choral Evensong with Eton College, held this year on Thursday 9 November.

Last Sunday, the boarders enjoyed a hot chocolate in town before their excursion to Fort Nelson, Portsmouth.
This was a beautiful, moving and contemplative service on a cold, autumnal evening. The College Chapel Choir gave an intense and heartfelt performance of the Durufle Requiem. New to many of the choir and congregation, it proved to be an exciting discovery.
