Book Club Summer Term

Previous
Next

The last Book Club of the year will feature three books by Katya Balen a relatively new and beautiful voice in the field of children's literature.

The choice for the younger readers is a fast and enjoyable adventure featuring a group of friends keen on archaeology; the second, her newest book, is a tale of longing, as two sisters investigate and imagine their origin.

The third, her debut book, is a story about sibling ties and seeing the world from a different perspective.

All are skilfully told, and I hope they will encourage your readers to explore other stories by this award-winning author https://www.lovereading4kids.co.uk/author/5359/Katya-Balen.html

Hopefully, half-term will allow some time to do that! The dates of the Cake Breaks will be confirmed after half-term.

Happy half-term!
