Last Friday, the Year 6 boys visited the Winchester Science Centre. We spent the morning on a trip into space and looking at the stars, planets, their moons, and being taken all around our galaxy and other galaxies (there are so many of them!).

We even learnt why it might be possible for life to exist in some far-flung solar system deep in outer space. The trip into the planetarium was followed by some exploring of the rest of the Centre before we refuelled with lunch. After lunch, we explored some more in our groups of threes or fours before making SLIME. That was fun!

What a great day!
