The Pilgrims' Pre-Prep Christmas lunch! A crocodile of excited little boys made their way expectantly towards the Octagon, to be greeted by a sight fit for any Pilgrim. Lights twinkled from the tree, red napkins accompanied the crackers and choral music filled the air. A feast of turkey, roast potatoes, vegetables and all the trimmings was enjoyed by each and every boy; laughter and cheery chatter their companion. Whilst helping each other to pull their crackers, the feast's finale was ice-cream, clementines and the dearly loved Pilgrims' shortcake biscuit, fittingly shaped as a snowman or Christmas tree! "For what we have just received, may the Lord make us truly thankful" - judging by the giggles that emanated from the somewhat wobbly crocodile that tumbled out into the Quad, they were truly thankful indeed!
