Well done to Sam, Charlie and Henry F, for all their solo work in Henry Purcell’s Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in G minor at Evensong on Thursday 10 November. A fine celebration for Mr Lumsden’s birthday!

This week the Choristers have been involved in filming for a documentary called Lighten our Darkness, which will explore Choral Evensong in churches and cathedrals across the country. The choristers were as ever consummate professionals in front of the cameras!

Looking ahead we are looking forward to welcoming lots of Pilgrims' boys to the Chorister Taster Day on Saturday 12 November from 2.30pm.  Lots of talented potential Choristers will get the chance to sing with the Choristers in Winchester Cathedral at Evensong – music making in action!
