The meeting on 14 September began with recognising the success from last year which included more playground equipment, basketballs and hoops in the Yard, more school trips, and the return of Form of the Week.

Items to discuss this time included an idea to develop the area next to Toys - suggestions were for a mini-cricket pitch, a trampoline, table football or even to convert it to a small nature reserve. 

Other suggestions included:

• Could we have carrots, pineapple and milk for snacks?
• Could there be a blackboard in the garden for the Pre-Prep to draw on?
• More chess sets
• A Teamwork Commoner offering teamwork challenges
• A Karate Club

The meeting was successfully concluded, and the committee left with their jobs to follow up on and full of ideas and plans.
