French morning
Our boys in Years 4 to 7 recently took part in a series of French-themed activities, aimed at celebrating the culture of France itself and how French is a world language, officially spoken on every continent.
The Juniors learned about the Montgolfier brothers and the world-renowned Tour de France, whilst the Seniors explored countries of La Francophonie and the life and accomplishments of Louis Braille. All boys also enjoyed delving into the origins of La Pétanque and a brief competition, as well as discussing and sampling some delectable cuisine.
A hearty 'merci beaucoup' goes to Mrs Razza and her team for a delicious lunchtime spread.
