The museum's diverse array ensures there's something to capture everyone's interest. Our journey began in the silver and gold section, offering a glimpse into some of the collection's more lavish items, before unveiling a range of masterpieces from artists such as Degas and Constable.

As we ventured into more modern design territories, the photographic exhibition especially resonated with the students. The highlight for many was the hands-on experience with a real-life pinhole camera, which they found particularly fascinating. The journey through this section reached its peak with a captivating short film exploring the myriad of chairs used in daily life – from the mundane to the extraordinary, including the electric chair. The film so thoroughly engaged the students' imaginations that it concluded to their spontaneous applause.

The afternoon session offered a deeper dive into the world of prototyping and design iteration. Led by an experienced designer, the workshop was both enjoyable and informative, allowing the students to explore various themes. Standout projects included a shopping trolley designed to automatically scan products upon exit and an innovative prosthetic arm design offering users enhanced accessibility to its fittings. These moments not only enriched the students' understanding but also sparked their creativity in envisioning practical solutions to everyday challenges.
