Helping Our Children Manage Their Big Emotions

Isn’t it incredible how quickly a pleasant day out can turn into an emotional nightmare when our kids get tired, or hungry, or experience some form of insecurity? The temptation is to brush it off, or possibly respond angrily (because we may be feeling the same way).

As I am out of the office for a few days, I have managed to find a helpful article that addresses just this sort of thing.
